  • Assessment data: Responses and outputs from StartDiag assessments and ProcessIQ™ sessions

3. How We Use Your Data

We use personal data for the following purposes:

  • Delivering and improving our platform and AI agent services
  • Processing StartDiag applications and scheduling diagnostic sessions
  • Communicating about our services, platform updates, and relevant industry insights

  • As directed by our enterprise clients in our capacity as a data processor

4. Candidate Data and AI Processing

Where our AI agents (including Hiro for screening and Naviga for interviewing) process candidate personal data, this is done on behalf of our enterprise clients who act as data controllers. Candidates whose data is processed through our platform will be informed of such processing by the relevant enterprise client. AI-generated scores and assessments are designed to support, not replace, human decision-making in the hiring process.

5. Legal Bases for Processing

We process personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Contract: Where processing is necessary to deliver our Services under a commercial agreement
  • Legitimate interests: For platform improvement, security, and direct communications with enterprise prospects
  • Consent: Where you have provided explicit consent, including for marketing communications

  • Our enterprise clients (for candidate data processed on their behalf)
